The GTC apply to all bookings, regardless of whether they are made directly via the Hotel's website, by telephone, by email, or via third-party providers (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).
2. Contract conclusion and booking
A booking becomes binding upon confirmation by the hotel.
Bookings can be made via the website, third-party providers, email or telephone.
For online bookings, the contract is valid upon completion of the booking and payment.
The contract also comes into effect upon verbal or written confirmation of a booking by the hotel.

No security deposit is required for short-term rentals.
4. Cancellation policy and no-show
Free cancellation is only possible if this option was selected during booking.
Standard bookings cannot be cancelled free of charge.
In the event of a "no-show" (failure to appear without prior cancellation), the entire booking amount will be due.
5. Check-in and check-out

6. Liability and damages
The guest is liable for all damages caused during their stay in the hotel room.
If a guest causes damage, they are liable for the full cost of repair or replacement. The hotel may also charge a fee for additional administrative and labor costs.
Theft or loss of hotel inventory can be reported to the police.
The hotel is not liable for lost items or accidents on the premises.
The guest is liable for any damage caused by them or their companions. This also applies to damage caused by excessive soiling.
7. House Rules
All rooms are non-smoking. A minimum fee of CHF 100 will be charged for violations.
Pets are not allowed.
If the room, especially the kitchen, is left uncleaned, a minimum cleaning fee of CHF 100 will be charged.
Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
For the safety of guests, the hotel is under video surveillance.
8. Impossible arrival & early departure
If the guest is unable to travel due to force majeure, the obligation to pay for the unused nights is waived.
If the guest departs prematurely, the full booking amount remains due, unless the room can be rented to someone else.
9. Hotel Liability
The hotel is liable for damages incurred by the guest due to intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of the hotel or its staff. Any further liability, particularly for ordinary negligence, is excluded.
The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to valuables, cash, securities, or other precious items belonging to the guest, unless these have been expressly entrusted to the hotel for safekeeping. In any case, the hotel's liability is limited to the maximum amounts stipulated by Swiss law.
The hotel accepts no liability for services provided by third parties that are used by the guest, in particular for external service providers such as transport, tourism or leisure services.
Force majeure or other circumstances beyond the hotel's control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, official orders, power outages) release the hotel from its obligation to perform, without the guest being able to derive any claims for damages from this.
The guest is obliged to report any damage or defects to the hotel immediately in order to enable a quick remedy.
10. Data protection
The protection of personal data is important to us. The privacy policy can be viewed at the following link: Privacy Policy
11. Final Provisions
All disputes arising from this contractual relationship are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the hotel's registered office in the Canton of Schwyz, Switzerland.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the original provision.
Any changes or additions to these terms and conditions must be in writing.
